Phase 1
Admission
The student enrolls in the program and completes a structured onboarding process that introduces the learning platform, tools, curriculum roadmap, and expectations, ensuring they start with clarity and confidence
Phase 2
Fundamentals and Domain selection
Covers core basics like programming logic, tools setup, and essential foundations required for all domains. And Student chooses their preferred track (Python, Flutter, Full Stack, Data Science, etc.) based on their interest
Phase 3
Theory Learning, Mini Project, Badging
Students first gain a strong understanding of core concepts through structured theory sessions supported by tasks and mentor guidance, then apply this knowledge through a mini project focused on real-world implementation. Skill validation follows through a review-based badging system, where students earn separate frontend and backend badges, and only those who clear both reviews progress to major projects.
Phase 4
Main project, Group project, Take off
Students then move on to a full-scale industry-level main project that demonstrates individual capability, followed by a group project where they collaborate in teams, practice agile workflows, and deliver a shared product. The final phase focuses on career takeoff, with structured placement preparation including resume building, mock interviews, GitHub portfolio review, and personal branding support.

Students attend interviews with hiring partners. Bridgeon supports until placement is secured.
